Action Planning

Our focus will be to streamline the way your team functions on a daily basis and create a 90-day action plan for post-retreat implementation. Topics such as communication, project management, or appreciation languages are fair game.

Here’s Exactly How It Works

 

STEP 1

Begin your initial planning around your team retreat. Think through when, where, and for how long so that we have a grasp on where our team facilitation will fit into the larger picture.

STEP 2

Fill out your Dream Team Vision Questionnaire and submit all relevant materials (i.e. job descriptions, KPIs, feedback reports, etc.) that may inform the focus of the retreat.

STEP 3

My team and I will conduct confidential 1:1 interviews (aka Team Tune-In Interviews) with each team member to understand their challenges and uncover opportunities for growth.

STEP 4

Agenda reveal! Just you, me, and maybe your integrator. I’ll walk through the recommended agenda with you and make adjustments as needed.

STEP 5

Team retreat time! We all meet in person for your team’s curated 2-day live facilitation. Show up ready to do the work and I’ll handle the details.

STEP 6

Attend your Post-Retreat Mobilization Meeting where we will review the team’s Mobilization Report, answer questions, and ensure alignment.

I’m Tianna Tye.

As a Team Dynamics Consultant, I specialize in all the things around virtual teams and leadership. I’ve worked with teams across various industries and there’s one thing they all have in common: developmental experiences improve how they work together ten-fold.

Q. Do you have payment plans available?
A. Sure do! We can discuss what will suit your needs during your consultation call.

Q. Do you only facilitate live or can we bring you in for virtual facilitation?
A. Both live and virtual facilitation is available. While I 100% recommend live facilitation for deeper connection, a virtual facilitation experience will still make a huge shift in your business.

Q. How will the 1:1 team diagnostics work?
A. Great question - we have 1:1 confidential interviews with each team member. This allows us to collect the data we need to curate custom experiences that will serve your team specifically. These interviews are booked during your onboarding.

Q. What type of experiences and workshops will my team have? Can I make requests?
A. You can 100% make requests. I encourage my CEOs to come in with a perspective. After “Tune-in” and “Evaluate,” the CEO receives a proposed meeting agenda. During that time exercises can be tweaked at our discretion.

Q. Which parts of the retreat do you plan?
A. We’re basically covering the “learning” portion of the retreat and planning custom team-building experiences. All of the fun details around lodging and just for fun activities are yours to own. If you need recommendations we can support you though! We can also collaborate closely with your travel planner when necessary.

Q. One-time workshops have been a dud with my team before. What makes this different?
A. You should know that while I am certified to facilitate a number of “off the shelf” style trainings - I don’t. Without "tuning in” and “evaluating” the root needs of your team, you run the risk that a one-time workshop is a dud. That’s why this is a curated 2-day experience. Your trainings will be fully customized to address the unique needs of your team.

Q. This is a big investment for me. Is it really worth it?
A. I’ll put it this way: this is the type of experience that causes fundamental shifts in the way work gets done in your company. When we take your team from “so-so” to high-performing, we empower them to help you hit your biggest goals and push you towards that 10-year vision of yours. Hitting that next revenue goal? Opening that co-working space? Finally, pulling the trigger on that new business? These are the things that become possible when you have a strong team backing you.
